Yi-Hsuan Lin

Yi-Hsuan (Shelly) Lin is a passionate and dedicated Senior Process Mining Specialist in SAP’s Signavio Product and Engineering team, who has extensive hands-on experience and knowledge in the area of business processes, data mining, process mining and data science. She is actively involved in developing SAP Signavio Process Intelligence Accelerators, which serve as a catered solution to capture and analyze process data, and discover key opportunities for customer improved productivity. This ultimately infuses the power of Gen AI in Process AI by incorporating 50+ years of SAP knowledge into standard process mining templates for SAP customers. Prior to her work with SAP Signavio, Shelly worked as the APAC Sales Manager for an American semiconductor distributor in Taiwan with a focus on establishing new business in China, Japan, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia. Along with growing the team and business to over $10M in sales, she initiated and managed the operations to support it. Shelly holds a Masters’ Diploma in Project Management and Data Science from HTW Berlin and a degree in Industrial Management from NTUST in Taiwan.
