to us
From Arrival to Accommodation
Our location is bcc Berlin, located directly at Alexanderplatz. You can easily get here using public transportation. To ensure a comfortable stay for our attendees, we have secured hotel rooms at several hotels.
Approach and location
AI & Data Summit and Quantum Summit will take place on 16 and 17 September 2025. Admission starts at 9am.
The event location is bcc Berlin. The full address is: Alexanderstraße 11, 10178 Berlin. The venue plan can be found here.
There is no reserved parking at the location. We recommend arriving by public transport.
Please note: Large luggage and rolling suitcases are not permitted inside the bcc. Only small bags up to 20 liters are allowed.
For your convenience, we’re happy to provide additional storage for larger items. Please note that storage space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We also recommend using your hotel’s luggage service whenever possible.

The code is valid on 16 and 17 September 2025 for one ride in Berlin to or from the AIDAQ. The maximum discount per ride is €15. The code cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. The code does not apply to cancellation fees or tips. Cash payments are excluded.
