Improving the playground for practical use-cases in quantum computing using Qrisp
Sebastian works as a research associate at the Fraunhofer Institute for Open Communication Systems FOKUS, where he is part of the Quality Engineering for Quantum Computing research group. Sebastian studied physics in Chemnitz and Siegen and is currently leading the project Qompiler - Standardised Quantum Software Stack funded by the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Action. There he is working on the development of a high-level quantum programming language and a hardware-specific compiler for ion traps.
