Nastassja Hofmann

Nastassja Hofmann is a Digital Transformation Officer at Bitkom, where she drives the transformation of the retail sector in collaboration with our tech, trade, logistics, and service companies. Her work focuses on omni-channel strategies, digitization at the point of sale, new payment solutions, sustainability strategies, and other e-commerce and technology trends. Before joining Bitkom, Nastassja worked for several years as a policy officer at Germany’s largest regional housing association. There, she pioneered the establishment of a dedicated digitalization committee and addressed topics such as the digitization of work processes and communication, as well as Smart Home and Smart City initiatives within the association. Prior to that, she was involved in the operational development and implementation of digitalization projects in the real estate sector. Nastassja's academic background is in organizational development and business psychology.
