Manfred Lochter is Principal Advisor Cryptography at BSI, where he mainly works on the migration to quantum safe cryptography. With a PhD in Mathematics and vast expertise in secure implementations he is now developing solutions that will replace currently used Public-Key-Crytography like ECC and RSA.
