Hanna Hennig has been Chief Information Officer at Siemens AG since January 2020 and is driving the digitalisation of the international technology group. She is a passionate technologist with more than 30 years of experience in IT. During this time, she has supported and led various companies through their business and digital transformation, including Osram, Telefonica O2, E.ON, Robert Bosch and Cap Gemini. She studied economics and Japanese at the University of Hanover. In her role as an advisory board member of the BDI/Bitkom initiative #SheTransformsIT, Hanna Hennig advocates for more gender equality in technological professions and for the promotion of IT talent in the economy as Deputy Chairwoman of the CIO Foundation - WHU. She is also committed to establishing sustainability standards in IT as a member of the advisory board of the non-profit organisation SustainableIT.org and acts as an advisor for several technology companies and associations such as IDC, AWS, VOICE - Bundesverband der IT-Anwender e.V., Mendix, Next47 and the Hamburg IT Strategy Days.Hanna Hennig has been Chief Information Officer at Siemens AG since January 2020 and is driving forward the digitalisation of the international technology group.
