Dr Janine Hilder

Dr. Janine Hilder completed her doctoral research at University of Mainz, focusing on trapped-ion quantum computing and advancing hardware and compiler techniques for scalable, fault-tolerant systems. As co-founder and chief scientific officer of neQxt GmbH—a full-stack quantum computing spin-off from Mainz—she now leads the company’s scientific direction in building trapped-ion quantum computers and delivering hardware, software, and customer-facing solutions, including work on algorithms and applications.
