Claudia Pohlink

Claudia Pohlink has over 20 years of professional experience in the fields of data science, artificial intelligence and innovation management. As Director Data & AI at FIEGE Logistik, she is centrally responsible for data and AI topics. Until summer 2024, she headed the Data Intelligence Center at Deutsche Bahn and was responsible for the Group's data & AI strategy, including topics such as data governance, data management, data architectures, data mesh and data catalog. Prior to that, she led the Machine Learning team at T-Labs, Deutsche Telekom's research unit. As co-founder of #startupnight, #DigitalWanderlust and #AI4DiversityHackathon, she strengthened the transfer of science to business. Her previous positions include MTV Networks and Jamba/Rocket Internet. Claudia Pohlink is also active as a speaker and author, she is committed to the education of children and young people in the field of data & AI and regularly passes on her knowledge at conferences and universities/schools. She has been an active board member of BITKOM since 2020 and chair of the board of the AI working group since 2022, currently on the board of the working group Data strategy/products. In 2019 Claudia was recognized as “Global Women Leader in AI” and recently as “40 over 40 - Germany's Most Inspiring Women 2022” and as one of “30 Outstanding Women in Data - 2023 Global Recognition”.
