Christina Raab

Christina Raab is Chairwoman of Accenture's Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) country group and a member of Accenture's Global Management Committee. In this role, she supports companies from various industries with complex transformation projects. She is Vice President of the German IT industry association Bitkom and a member of the Executive Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany (AmCham). She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Forum for Sustainable Development of German Business Econsense and the Senate of the German Academy of Science and Engineering acatech. Christina Raab has been Market Unit Lead for the DACH country group since September 2021. She previously headed Accenture's Products division in the region. In this role, she was responsible for top clients in the automotive, manufacturing and consumer goods industries, among others. She is always convinced of this: In a time of rapid change and compressed transformations, new ways of working with partners and a strong ecosystem approach are needed to create and sustain new value Christina Raab began her career at Accenture in 2000 as a strategy consultant. From the beginning, she has been passionate about inclusion and diversity and is also committed to gender equality, cultural diversity and LGBTIQ rights outside the company. Christina Raab has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Business Italian from the University of Passau. She currently lives in Munich.
