Martin Trat

Profoundly fascinated by intelligent systems, Martin Trat got involved with machine learning and machine vision during his studies at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. During that time, he also seized the opportunity to conduct research on the field of production automation for Bosch Rexroth in the greater Chicago area. This experience motivated him to delve deeper into science and choose machine learning applications in manufacturing environments as his main focus. Currently, he works for the Intelligent Systems and Production Engineering division of the FZI Research Center for Information Technology. In industry research projects, he deals with the deployment and productive application of machine learning models and their long-term robustness.
