Angel Martin

Angel Martin leads Digital Health Advocacy in EMEA for Johnson & Johnson. He shapes advocacy strategies on Digital Health Transformation for the Enterprise, Businesses, R&D, Supply Chain within Government Affairs and Policy. He helped create J&J’s first digital policy strategy in EMEA and globally, to unlock the power of policy and digital technologies to advance healthcare and improve patient outcomes. He is currently leading a project to build Technology Strategy for the function. He serves on the J&J WWGA&P EMEA Leadership Team. 

Angel is currently chair of the Digital Health Working Group and sherpa for the Digital Executive Council for Health at DIGITALEUROPE. He drives the active engagement on digital and healthcare issues with policymakers, stakeholders, trade associations and coalitions. 

Before joining J&J, Angel gathered a long experience in government affairs through different sectors and organizations. 

He holds a degree in Business Management and academic trainings on AI and data sciences.
