Prof Dr Wolfgang Mauerer

Wolfgang Mauerer is a Professor of Quantum Computer Science at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Regensburg, and an R&D professor at Munich Quantum Valley. He has, for more than 20 years, worked on topics from quantum electrodynamics and communication to quantum programming languages and algorithms to applications of quantum and non-quantum accelerators to industrial problems. He is scientific director of the Regensburg Center of Artificial Intelligence, and heads the Graduate School of Applied Computer Science and Mathematics.
