Marianne Beer is cooperation partner of AIM FORWARD Consulting bringing in her longlasting experience in translating complex data infrastructure into business value. With over 20 years in Customer Success, Account Management, and Project Management, she has helped organizations understand and successfully implement complex technology. Most recently, Marianne worked at Aleph Alpha, a German company building sovereign AI operating systems for enterprise and public-sector clients, support organizations move beyond the GenAI hype cycle and operationalize AI in real workflows. Earlier roles at Teradata, SAP SolEx Partner Vistex, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, and KONE each sharpened the same skill: managing the human side of complex change — building trust, navigating stakeholders, and keeping clients on board through every technological and procedural challenge.
