Inside AI & Quantum: What We’re Building – and What We’re Still Figuring Out
I am a physicist and software developer specializing in quantum computing, with expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and software for machine learning. As a Senior R&D Scientist at Quantinuum, I design and implement error-corrected and fault-tolerant algorithms for quantum chemistry. My academic research at the University of Konstanz and TU Berlin advanced protocols for quantum information processing, error correction, the simulation of noisy quantum devices, and the control of systems of coupled qubits as open quantum systems.
Beyond research, I have advised governmental institutions on quantum software, led a study on this topic, and developed data analysis and text mining tools. I also hold a Ph.D. in humanities, with published work on decolonization after the Second World War.
