Christian Winterfeld

Christian Winterfeldt is a 25-year veteran of the IT industry, having held numerous leadership roles at IBM, EMC, VCE, and Dell Technologies. Over the past 15 years, Christian has successfully led teams across various segments in Germany and Europe. Throughout his career, he has guided teams through organizational changes and driven consistent success. Currently, he serves as the Senior Director Global Specialty Sales DACH, responsible for Dell Technologies Datacenter Business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Specialty Sales is an organization that helps customers achieve their goals in the digital age within their data centers and beyond. Christian also assists customers in succeeding with Generative AI technologies and sustainability initiatives. Christian graduated from the “Berufsakademie der Württ. Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Stuttgart” and the Open University London. He also studied at Henley Management College and attended a management program at London Business School. On a personal note, he has been married for over 10 years, has one daughter, and enjoys sports, family, friends, the outdoors, and horseback riding. Additionally, he is engaged in several non-profit organizations within his community.
