Dr Markus Beckers

In November 2020 he moved as Director of Operations to the JARA Institute for Quantum Information. The goal is to provide key contributions to the realisation of upscaled quantum computers. ARQUE Systems GmbH was founded in September 2022 by Beckers and four other experts in the field of quantum technologies. Markus Beckers is the managing director of the company. The mission is to develop and commercialize Quantum Computing systems reaching far beyond current capabilities based on electron spins in silicon.
