Sovereign AI Does Not End with Sovereign Cloud

In this talk, we explore what Sovereign AI truly means — and why Sovereign Cloud is only the starting point on the path to meaningful digital sovereignty. We'll unpack the layers beyond the cloud that are just as critical: from chips to models to applications. We'll also take a closer look what “open” really means in the context of AI.
