Terms and Conditions for the Ticket Raffle

 

Participation in the ticket raffle requires acceptance of the terms and conditions. By participating in the ticket raffle, the participant accepts these terms and conditions. Bitkom Servicegesellschaft mbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the raffle in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions.

  1. The organizer is Bitkom Servicegesellschaft mbH.
  2. Only individuals who are of legal age are eligible to participate.
  3. Participation in the ticket raffle is free of charge. The purchase of products or services does not influence the outcome of the ticket raffle.
  4. To participate, the registration form on the website must be fully completed, including the participant's first and last name and email address, within the raffle period.
  5. The ticket raffle begins on July 31, 2025. Participation is possible until August 10, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
  6. The winners will be determined on August 11, 2025. Participants who have fully completed the registration form (see item 4) will be entered into the drawing. A total of 10 free tickets will be raffled among all participants. The winners will be selected by a random generator. The winners will be notified by email.
  7. Winners are responsible for the accuracy of the provided shipping address. The announcement of the winners is made without guarantee.
  8. Participants who use unauthorized aids or otherwise attempt to gain an advantage through manipulation will be excluded from participation.
  9. Employees of Bitkom Servicegesellschaft mbH, Bitkom e.V., and DFA Digital für alle gGmbH are excluded from participation.
  10. Bitkom Servicegesellschaft mbH is liable according to § 521 BGB regarding the prize only for intent and gross negligence. To the extent that the liability of Bitkom Servicegesellschaft mbH is excluded, this also applies to tort claims or claims for reimbursement of futile expenses instead of performance, as well as to the personal liability of its legal representatives, employees, or agents.
  11. A cash payment of the prize's value, transfer to third parties, or exchange of the prize is not possible.
  12. The organizer reserves the right to terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice if proper execution cannot be ensured for technical or legal reasons.
  13. Legal recourse is excluded.
