With a strong background in IT and several years of expierence within the automotive sector (Continental and Vitesco Technologies), Theresa took over responsibility for the innovation cluster for >digital solutions< within SCHAEFFLER R&D after the merger. Bridging her previous experiences within in the Information Technology sector together with automotive and deep technology product system know-how, she passionately drives digital innovation on smart products and digital end-customer oriented features & functions.
