Stephanie Harrer is Director Software Modernization at MaibornWolff. She helps companies modernize aging IT systems and leads them through cloud transformation and AI implementation—always with an eye on performance, security, and long-term maintainability. Her approach combines technical analysis with clear architecture and practical implementation. Over 13 years at MaibornWolff, she built and led consulting teams, focusing on how agile methods and solid technical foundations work together. She's interested in how organization, architecture, and development teams can work in sync—and in using AI responsibly, as a tool rather than a decision maker. Outside of work, she's married, has three daughters, and loves climbing.
