He cares less about slick demos and more about whether the AI holds up on your own data and your own business logic, whether he's working with customers, partners, or operations teams exploring what the platform can actually do for them. He has spent many years building business software for small and mid-sized companies, including order management, partner portals, and ERPs, leading a small consulting team through full project lifecycles. He has also worked on Power Platform solutions and change management in enterprise settings at a consultancy. What drives him is the belief that software and AI aren't just IT topics, they're business topics. And the part of the job he likes most is making complicated things understandable, whether that's a database schema or what an AI agent can and can't do for you yet.
