Katja Modder is Partner at KPMG Germany and Head of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector. She leads KPMG’s TMT activities across Germany, helping organizations navigate digital transformation, innovation, AI adoption, and regulatory change. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, she supports clients in identifying growth opportunities and addressing the challenges of an increasingly dynamic market environment. With more than 20 years of experience advising large international corporations, Katja combines deep industry expertise with a strong understanding of complex business and regulatory frameworks. Drawing on her background in tax and business advisory, she brings a strategic and holistic perspective to transformation, growth, and value creation across the TMT ecosystem.
