Dr Kirsten Langfeld is a technology and transformation leader at Kyndryl, the world’s largest IT infrastructure services provider. The American company designs, builds, manages and modernizes complex information systems for customers in more than 60 countries. Kisten believes that innovation succeeds when people, technology and business come together. As Director of Business Relations Management & AI Enablement at Kyndryl, she focuses on helping organisations realise the value of AI and digital technologies through practical, scalable solutions. A former scientist with a PhD in Chemistry, Kirsten brings a unique perspective that bridges research, technology and business. She was recently nominated for the WIN Awards as Women in IT for her contributions to digital transformation and technology-driven innovation.
