Dr Janika Kutz

Dr. Janika Kutz leads the team "Public Service Innovation" at Fraunhofer IAO's Research and Innovation Center KODIS in Heilbronn, where she works at the intersection of artificial intelligence, service innovation and organisational transformation. Her research focuses on Human-Centered AI, AI-supported knowledge management and the question of how organisations can bring their people along on the path of technological change – building the competencies and trust that turn new technology into real value.
