Dr Ing Susan Wegner

Dr.-Ing. Susan Wegner is a global senior executive and business technologist with more than 20 years of experience in IT, Data, and AI. Since November 1, 2025, she has served as an Advisory Board Member at Keller & Kalmbach, a company specializing in fasteners, fastening technology, and C-parts management solutions for industrial and manufacturing customers. As of July 15, 2025, she is also a Non-Executive Director at Frontier Economics, one of Europe’s leading economics consultancies. Previously, Susan served as Head of Group Data & AI (Global SVP) at Allianz, where she led the development and execution of the company’s enterprise-wide Data & AI strategy. Before that, she was Managing Director at Deloitte Digital, VP of AI & Data Analytics at Lufthansa Industry Solutions, and Chief Data Officer at Deutsche Telekom. Susan has also been a Board Member of the Bitkom Big Data Group, Founder & Board Member of Motionlogic, and an advisor to the SAP Board and the European Commission.
