Dr Dirk Woywod

Dirk is co-founder of Rulemapping and Managing Director of Rulemapping Solutions GmbH, a leading legal tech company at the intersection of law, technology and AI. After completing his PhD in theoretical physics at the Technical University of Berlin, he joined McKinsey & Company, where he led digital transformation projects. As COO of betterplace.org, he helped shape the development of one of Germany’s best-known fundraising platforms. He subsequently held various management positions at Bundesdruckerei GmbH, rising to the role of divisional head. Most recently, he was CTO and Managing Director of Verimi, where he was responsible for the technological development of one of Germany’s leading ID wallet platforms.
