- CTO of Convergent Robotics, an independent research lab for safe physical AI - Co-founder and board member of AICOR Solutions, a startup building AI systems for intelligent robots in industrial and laboratory applications In the past, I built and scaled an AI research lab at an industrial robotics startup, raised over 5M€ in public funding for AI research projects and led the development of an open-source robot cognitive architecture as the Technical Director of the AICOR Institute for Artificial Intelligence at the University of Bremen. I published at leading robotics conferences (ICRA, IROS) and completed my PhD dissertation on neurosymbolic robot programming with Prof. Michael Beetz.
