Christian Malzacher

Christian Malzacher is responsible for the Modern Workplace & AI business segment at Bechtle AG, driving the strategic direction of this field and serving as a member of the Alliance for AI Competence in Germany. His current focus is on “AI at Work”, specifically on how AI agents can be successfully introduced into organizations, integrated into business processes, and scaled across the enterprise. For many years, he has been dedicated to the digital transformation of the workplace and to exploring how technology can enable productive, secure, and human-centered ways of working.
