Carina Schöllmann is Partner in Technology Consulting and a member of the Executive Management Board of EY Consulting Germany. She is responsible for strategic initiatives related to data and AI transformations and their execution within large-scale international programs. For more than 18 years, she has been helping both mid-sized and global organizations leverage data and analytics to enhance productivity and strengthen competitiveness. She supports transformation journeys across the entire lifecycle, from strategy and planning through implementation and ongoing operations. Her approach focuses on end-to-end transformation across the value chain.
