Bhawna Paul

Bhawna Paul is a globally rooted technology leader, heading Boehringer Ingelheim’s IT Enterprise Data, AI & Platforms with a bold vision for digital transformation and human-centered innovation. Born in Zambia and educated across continents, she holds a Computer Engineering degree from McGill University. Her career includes consulting at Capgemini with a focus in pharma and finance. She serves on the Board of Trustees at Frankfurt International School and actively invests in shaping the future: founding a Women in Tech community, mentoring young professionals, and championing children’s education through Sunday School and Asha for Education. Currently based in Germany, Bhawna is committed to nurturing meaningful change, one empowering action at a time.
