Axel Quack is Country Manager DACH at Cohere, responsible for the company’s growth and strategy in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software, digital transformation, and AI, he has helped numerous large organizations implement secure and scalable AI solutions. Axel is deeply passionate about Sovereign AI and Europe’s technological sovereignty. He strongly believes that Germany and the European Union possess the talent, companies, and capital needed to succeed in the global AI race — but must develop greater self-confidence and determination to build independent, secure, and trustworthy AI capabilities. Inspired by Cohere’s vision of strong transatlantic partnerships (Canada–Germany), he is committed to supporting Europe in becoming a true AI powerhouse.
