Arian van Hülsen is Director Solutions Consulting AI & Digital Thread at PTC, where he leads the technical-strategic advisory for major industrial clients across AI-augmented software engineering, Digital Thread, and Product Lifecycle Management. As Scientific Lead and Program Director at Bitkom Akademie, he designs and directs the certification programs "Chief Data Officer," "AI-Powered Business Process Automation," "Data Scientist," and the new "Agentic Software Development" program. His focus lies at the intersection of Agentic AI, software engineering, and organizational transformation. He advises executive boards and engineering leadership on the productive scaling of AI-based systems.
