Anna is Innovation Design Lead at IBM Client Engineering for the DACH region. Working in interdisciplinary teams, she co-designs user-centered AI solutions with clients—tailored to their specific contexts and most pressing challenges. With a background in psychology and cognitive neuroscience, combined with extensive experience in UX research, strategic consulting, and facilitation, she is skilled at uncovering complex requirements, rethinking existing processes, and making the business value of new solutions measurable. Anna is active in working groups on Responsible AI and has taught Quantitative and Qualitative UX Research Methods as guest lecturer at technical universities. With a systems perspective and a clear methodological approach, Anna bridges the gap between user needs, technological potential, and strategic impact—with the goal of making scalable AI innovation with strong business impact a tangible experience.
