André Garstka

André Garstka is Senior Project Manager at Materna with profound expertise in Generative AI and Machine Learning. He leads AI programs from concept to production, aligning architecture, governance, and KPIs to create measurable business value. Previously, he was in charge of IDEMIA’s Augmented Vision product—a video analytics platform capable of both real-time and post-event processing, including face and person recognition as well as trajectory tracing. He holds a Diploma from the Institute of Neuroinformatics and has worked at the Center for Neuroinformatics in applied AI research.
