Anastasia Leutloff

Anastasia Leutloff is a Project Manager for R&D and Sales at TRUMPF Hüttinger GmbH + Co. KG, where she leads international innovation projects in the field of industrial electronics. She is also Co-Founder of Deep Tech Collective e.V. and an active MINT ambassador, advocating for diversity and female leadership in technology. Originally from Kyrgyzstan, she built her career in engineering, project leadership, and change management across various industrial sectors. Anastasia holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering and an MBA from Mannheim Business School. Her work bridges technology, strategy, and people.
