Alexander Stanitzki is the coordinator of the German Chips Competence Centre. He studied electrical engineering in Bochum and worked in a startup on IC designs for RF and radhard applications before joining Fraunhofer IMS in Duisburg. He was responsible for medical and automotive ICs, later for defining the research and technology transfer roadmap. He initiated the CHIPS.NRW association and is active as a RISC-V ambassador.
