Technology Assessment of Quantum Technologies: Sovereignty, Security, and Access
Adrian is a trained physicist and a researcher at the Institute for Technology Assessment and Systems Analysis (ITAS) at KIT. He and his colleagues investigate the societal and ethical implications of quantum technologies. This includes educational questions, potential dual use, geopolitical considerations, questions about technological sovereignty, and art-science interactions. For his PhD, Adrian is focusing on the narratives and visions behind quantum technologies, which could provide insight into how these technologies might evolve.
