Isabel Hernandez Cabrera

Isabel Hernandez Cabrera is the founder of AIM FORWARD Consulting, where she supports European companies and public institutions in implementing AI responsibly through pragmatic, business-oriented solutions. Her work focuses on tech companies navigate the ethical and regulatory requirements of the AI era — including the EU AI Act — while balancing time, quality, and budget. 

Until 2025, Isabel worked at Mercedes-Benz as an ethics expert in an interdisciplinary team developing autonomous driving and AI systems. There, she played a key role in translating “Ethics by Design” from concept into real-world applications. 

With a strong background in training, communication, and organizational development, she has empowered leaders and employees to confidently address ethical and regulatory challenges and turn uncertainty into responsible action.
