Dr Tina Klüwer

Dr. Tina Klüwer is the Executive Director of AI NATION, the nationwide support and accelerator program designed for early-stage startups at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence. She is a recognized expert and entrepreneur specializing in the commercial application of AI. 

As director of K.I.E.Z., she established one of Berlin’s leading platforms for science-based AI startups. She subsequently headed the Department of Research for Technological Sovereignty and Innovation at the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. 

Tina Klüwer was the founder and CEO of parlamind GmbH, a company specializing in customer service automation using artificial intelligence and natural language processing. Following its successful sale, she led the four sister companies as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to that, she worked for over 10 years as a researcher at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI), the University of Bonn, and the Free University of Berlin. She earned her Ph.D. in computational linguistics from Saarland University. 

Tina Klüwer served as a member of the Federal Chancellor’s Council for the Future under Olaf Scholz. Her book “Zukunft Made in Germany” was published in 2025.
