Dr Carina Mieth

Dr Carina Mieth is the Managing Director of QuiX Quantum Germany, a pioneering leader in photonic quantum computing hardware. An engineering scientist and strategic advisor, Carina specializes in deep tech innovation, strategic management, and the industrial scaling of complex technologies. 

She holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from TU Dortmund University and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from KIT. Prior to her executive leadership at QuiX Quantum, Carina shaped digital transformation and AI-driven sustainability initiatives in various leadership roles at TRUMPF SE, served as a strategic consultant at McKinsey & Company, and successfully advised tech-driven organizations through her own independent consultancy, Mieth & Greet. Today, she combines her deep technical foundation with business acumen to accelerate the quantum revolution in Europe.
